Warranty Information

All our products are covered by warranties which vary depending upon the manufacturer - see below.  Warranties will automatically be activated for you after the 10 day grace period we offer for returns.  The warranty covers mechanical parts (eye piece, lenses, adjustment knobs and on/off switch), night vision intensifier tubes, digital CCD chips, and the CMOS chip. In the event of defects we will repair or replace the product. The warranty is non-transferable and does not cover damages caused by misuse or improper handling and is null and void if modification or maintenance is provided by someone other than the manufacturer/distributor.

In the unlikely event you should experience a problem with any device within the warranty period, please contact us immediately. The first step will be to see if we can troubleshoot the problem ourselves. If that fails, we will give you instructions on sending the product back. Please do not ship a product back without contacting us first!  If you experience a problem with your device after the warranty has expired, please contact us to discuss options for repair.
