If you change your mind and no longer want the item you purchased, you have 10 days to return it for a full refund provided items have not been used and are returned in their original packaging with batteries, cords, screws, mounts, instructions, etc.  Shipping costs, including insurance, will be the responsibility of the customer in this situation. In the case of any device not working properly - please contact us to see if we can first trouble shoot the problem over the phone.  If that is not possible, you will be asked to return the item whereby the manufacturer/distributor will determine the problem and either repair or replace it with a new one.  If the item is found to be defective, you can also receive a refund.  Please contact us BEFORE you decide to ship an item back as we may have you ship the item directly to the manufacturer to save time.  In the case of defective products, we will reimburse you for the cost of shipping provided you have contacted us first.

The exception to this policy is any device purchased from Morovision.  All sales are final on Morovision products and no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.  If a Morovision product is defective, they will repair or replace it.
